Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a summary of document processing activity across your selected entities.
Viewing the Dashboard
After selecting one or more entities in the header, the Dashboard displays a row of statistics cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total | The total number of documents across all selected entities. |
| Processing | Documents currently being processed by the AI. |
| Processed | Documents that have been processed and are ready for review. |
| Validated | Documents that you have reviewed and confirmed. |
| Unsupported | Files that could not be processed because their format is not supported. |
| Failed | Documents where AI processing encountered an error. |
If no entities are selected, the Dashboard shows a prompt: "Select Entities to Get Started — Use the entity selector in the header to choose which companies you want to work with."
Empty state
When you first access Finpilo and have not yet selected any entities, the Dashboard area is empty. Select at least one entity from the dropdown in the header to see your statistics.
