Dashboard

The Dashboard shows how many documents are in each status, for the entities you have selected in the header.

Documents by Status

The Documents by Status card shows:

• Total: every document you can see in the selected entities.
• One row for each status of your workspace's document lifecycle, in the lifecycle's order. Each row shows the status, how many documents are in it, a bar and its share of the total. A status with no documents still has its row, with 0.
• After those, a row for any status your lifecycle no longer has, while documents are still in it. Together the rows always add up to the total.

The statuses, their names and colours are the ones set in Document Lifecycles.

Opening the documents behind a number

• Click a status row to open Documents showing only the documents in that status, for the same entities.
• Click View Documents to open Documents with no filter.

When the numbers are not shown

• Loading…: the numbers are on their way.
• Could not load: the numbers could not be read. Click Try Again.
• No entity selected: choose one or more entities in the header. If you can see only one entity, it is chosen for you.

On a phone

The same card, one status per row with its bar under it. Tap a row to open its documents. View Documents is under the card.
